We arrived in Budapest on a lazy Wednesday afternoon. We were really excited and were full of plans. After checking into our accommodation, we were ready to get some lunch. Thankfully reception at the hotel was packed with all sorts of tour brochures and recommendations, so on our way out we grabbed a bunch.
During lunch we made a sort-of itinerary that we were going to follow for the upcoming two days.
We really wanted to check one of the thermal baths out, as well as at least one ruin bar. We have heard of the beauty of Budapest before and as such we were super excited to get going. As we were flipping through some of the brochures we spotted an offer that seemed to be a lot of fun.

Originally we had no intentions to get on any organised tours, but the ad of this Budapest Danube Cruise convinced us otherwise.
As we only had two days in the beautiful Budapest, we run quite a tight schedule. We decided to go for this Budapest Danube Cruise in the evening as to sort of kick our night off.
And so we did.
The boat was really nice, it was as if it had been designed for young people, the whole atmosphere was very fun. Our ticket included a pizza and unlimited soft drinks and beer, which we had every intention to get the most out of.
The city is simply breath-taking and as our Budapest Cruise was proceeding we were getting more and more convinced of it.
The snack we had were also sufficient, ideal for a Budapest River Cruise.
And the unlimited beer?
Well that was just the best part of our Budapest Danube Cruise. It certainly got our night started.
